How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@getbolthero.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with the next steps for your order. Most issues are resolved quickly under our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- If a physical return is required, we'll provide the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 business days. Funds appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
You don't need to ship the original packaging back, but if you have it, please use it. The bags we ship in are extra sturdy and designed to protect the tool in transit. If you return your order, please pack it securely. Items that arrive back damaged due to insufficient packaging are not our responsibility and may affect your refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your BoltHero arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately.
- Email support@getbolthero.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We respond within 24 hours and arrange a free replacement — no return required for damaged items in most cases.
- If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, just let us know.
2-Year Warranty
Every BoltHero is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tool fails under normal use within 2 years of purchase, contact us with a photo or video of the issue and we'll send a replacement.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, such as exceeding the rated 72 Nm torque, using BoltHero with impact wrenches above setting 2, or using compressors above 3 bar pressure.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse outside of stated torque and pressure ratings
- Returns initiated more than 100 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior contact via support@getbolthero.com

Order Protection
BoltHero reserves the right to require a physical return before issuing a refund, particularly for high-value orders or orders that have been modified, partially cancelled, or altered after purchase. In these cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This protects both our genuine customers and our business against fraudulent and abusive return activity.
Refunds apply to the items actually purchased and received. Orders where items have been added, removed, or cancelled in a way that does not reflect a genuine purchase may be reviewed before any refund is issued.
