How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@getbolthero.com with your order number.
- We respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with a prepaid return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest carrier point.
- Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 5 business days. Funds appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
You don't need to ship the original packaging back, but if you have it, please use it.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your BoltHero arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately.
- Email support@getbolthero.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We respond within 24 hours and arrange a free replacement — no return required for damaged items in most cases.
- If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, just let us know.
2-Year Warranty
Every BoltHero is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tool fails under normal use within 2 years of purchase, contact us with a photo or video of the issue and we'll send a replacement.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, such as exceeding the rated 72 Nm torque, using BoltHero with impact wrenches above setting 2, or using compressors above 3 bar pressure.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse outside of stated torque and pressure ratings
- Returns initiated more than 100 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior contact via support@getbolthero.com
