FAQ
Everything you need to know
I've bought tools before that promised exactly this. Why is BoltHero different?
Most "tight space" tools either flex under load, require swing room you don't have, or just move the problem instead of solving it.
BoltHero uses an internal chain drive that transfers torque from any angle — without wobble, without slippage, without needing room to swing. That's what makes it work where a standard extension or universal joint fails.
And if it doesn't work on your specific bolt? Send it back within 100 days. No restocking fees. No questions. We'll refund every cent.
Is it strong enough for stuck bolts?
Yes. Rated to 72 Nm (53 ft-lb). That covers the vast majority of automotive and home repair work. For a seriously seized bolt, break it loose first with a breaker bar, then finish the job with BoltHero.
Will it actually fit my specific tight spot?
At 0.63" thick and 15.4" long, it fits where standard ratchets, wobble extensions and flex-head wrenches can't go. If there's a straight path to the bolt, this reaches it.
Can I use it with my impact wrench?
Yes — set your impact wrench to setting 1 or setting 2 MAX (Depends per brand). Most brands deliver between 20–40 Nm on setting 1, which is well within BoltHero's safe range. Setting 2 or higher risks damaging the chain mechanism over time.
What about a pneumatic impact wrench?
Keep your compressor pressure at a maximum of 2–3 bar. Above that you risk overloading the chain mechanism. Note that output varies per brand and model — treat this as a safe guideline, not a universal guarantee for every air tool.
What if my bolt is somehow too weird even for this?
100-day money back. No restocking fee, no long email chain, no forms. You send it back, we send your money back. Done.
How long does shipping take?
US & Canada: 7–10 days.
UK & Ireland: 5–8 days.
Australia & NZ: 6–10 days.
Europe: 6-10 days
⚠️ Important note: Due to ongoing conflict in the Middle East, some shipments are experiencing slight delays. If your order takes a few extra days — that's why. We're monitoring this closely and will update you if anything changes significantly. Thanks for your patience.
